I got a call from a guy who wanted to see just what all the fuss was about with Gloss-It polishes. He had heard about the polishes on the M5 board and decided to give them a shot. After talking to him about the polishes and what they can do we decided to go with our Signature Gloss Level 2 detail package and include an extra hour of paint correction and engine detail.

I arrived to find a great looking M5 with body kit, rims, lowered and was looking really worn out. He just bought the vehicle used as it sat and needed it to look like brand new.

We started out by foaming the car to start the pre-soak and help prevent scratching when we were washing the car. The car was extreamly dirty and I did not want to enduse any more scratches in the paint that it already had.

I used the P21 Wheel Gel on the dirty wheels and Dawn on the car to assist in removal of any previous waxes or polishes.

We used the Gloss-It Green Clay and did an extensive clay treatment on the vehicle as it had tons of contamination on the paint.

Once the vehicle was dried I could really see the damage in the paint. I opted to use the 7424 and the Gloss-It yellow foam pad with the Gloss-It One Step machine polish. I really have so much more control with the 7424 machine over the Cyclo and the Flex machine. The One step did a great job quickly working out the swirls and scratches. Once I completed the paint correction I removed what I could of the one step on the car and went over the car with the Gloss It Gloss Enhancer. Then I started my application of the Gloss It Signature Gloss Polish topped with an application of the Gloss Finish polish.

Again for the inside we used the Gloss It Satin Leather Cleaner to clean all the vinyl, rubber and plastic items in the car along with the leather seats. We applied the Gloss-It T.R.V. on all the vinyl, rubber and plastic items and used the Gloss-It Satin Leather Polish on the seats and other leather items in the vehicle.

Finished up this detail by spraying the Gloss-It Gloss Enhancer on the paint and an application of the Gloss-It Signature Tire Dressing.
