Congratulations from all of us at Gloss-it to our newest Signature Detailers: Richie "Bada Bing" Carbone from Richie;s custom detailing from winter garden Florida and Mark "Zammie" Zamzow from Z's best detail from northern Californian. Richie, a Florida native, made the long trip to Las Vegas to get hands on with the full line of Gloss-it products and techniques. Mark made the trip from sunny California to hone his skills and graduate Gloss-it's technical detailing course. Each graduated, became certified, and now has some of the best bragging rights in the industry. Now, when someone asks them what their "chops" are, they can proudly say they are Signature Detailers!

Now considered technical paint correction experts, they are ready and willing to tackle the toughest challenges the auto enthusiast community has to offer!

Gloss-it wants to raise awareness for detailing technicians who can professionally correct and diagnose the most severe paint problems on any type of vehicle from the finest luxury cars, exotics to hot road and collectibles..

This extensive and comprehensive 5 day class will help teach our Signature detailer's to how identify different type of paint finishes (Hard, intermediate, soft and sticky clears), the imperfections and how to put a plan of action using our state the art Gloss-it paint correction polishes, exclusive EVO backing plate system and Gloss-it foam & wool pads to restore there clients vehicle to better then showroom condition.

Gloss-it is building a team of some of the best paint correction specialists from around the US and around the world. These Signature Detailers "no longer will be paid for just what they do, but what they know" Thats the difference between detailing technician and the sudo detailer.

Gloss-it screens each and every potential Signature detailer and through careful examination has hand selected professionals who have proven the dedication and have already acquired machine polishing skills in both Rotary application and dual action polishers.

Gloss-it wants our resellers and detailers to be successful and not be confused or compared to the avg "Joe detailer" who has build his business from his local auto part store. Detailing and paint correction is an under estimated art that can only be accomplished through hard work, dedication and a proven track record.

I have been told my idea of this Signature Detailer program has been tried but not successful from other detail and car care product companies. One major reason I believe this will be successful is I am and have been a professional detailer and detail shop owner for the past 19 years and can relate and understand the obstacles and challenges that all detailers deal with and face on a daily basis. Gloss-it does not only sell product but supports and trains are authorized resellers and detailers on the latest applications, techniques, product education and marketing.

My plans are to change the perception of how potential customer place a value / price tag on the type of paint correction we offer. To accomplish this level of finish is truly an art that can only be full appreciated by customers who seek true craftsmanship and seek the ultimate and most pristine paint finish for there vehicle.

The Gloss-it team of Signature detailer will help change the perception and educate the standard by which all car enthusiasts judge a "top level detail and paint correction service" By joining together as a group this can be successful by supporting each other in how we price and sell each job. No more under cutting and price slashing. All Gloss-it signature detailer's will charge a very similar rate and promise not to undercut or compromise that standard in which we all promise to fulfill.

I will be sharing each month our Signature detail Class we hold at the Gloss-it HQ. This will help showcase our best new detailers and their detailing skills and welcome them to our elite and dedicated family.

2nd step after shot Evolution Polish / 5.75 Blue foam / EVP Pad prime. Buffing speed start at 1500rpm jewled down with Gloss Enahncer QD to 600rpm.

Some paint imperfection were very deep and could not safely be removed because of the lack of paint thickness.

Now its' time to apply the magic Signature Gloss Finish with the Cyclo Dual Action Polisher and Blue 4 inch blue pads.

This was not quite what we call an "100% correction but dam close" Not bad for an over 20 year old original paint job.

I was present at Aubrey Clifton's class. Very amazing! Rich puts you right to work honing your correction skills. You actually learn correction, not cover up.

I really like how well rounded the class is. You learn more than just creating perfect shine under all light sources, you also learn how to operate a successful detail shop, how to walk a car, and how to estimate what's needed.

That's why you can't show up with no experience, there just isn't room to teach you how to turn on a polisher!
