Detail Werkz - 2004 Rolls Royce Phantom

This was called in from a current client who was happy with the outcome on his Lamborghini Gallardo and Aston Martin Vantage. His uncle just picked up this 2004 Rolls Royce Phantom and wanted to have our Signature High Gloss applied to it.

The vehicle was not in pad shape, it does have some light swirls and we are going to address that next time we work on the car.

We did our normal wash dry procedure but we did a dry clay panel by panel to ensure a super slick contaminated free surface. This took a while but really helped the paint feel super slick and I feel helped the overall depth in the paint.

Once the vehicle was clayed, we rewashed the vehicle and re dried it to make sure no clay residue was left on the paint. Once it was all dried we applied a coat of the Signature High Gloss Polish topped with a coat of the Gloss Finish Polish.

The interior was deep cleaned using the Satin Leather Cleaner and all the dash, doors, ect were treated with the T.R.V. and the seats were treated with the Satin Leather Polish.

Tires were treated with the Signature Tire Gloss and we finished off the detail with an application of the Gloss Enhancer to really bring even more depth into the paint.

A note. Here at Detail Werkz we try to have fun and do a professional job. The photos show this and I wanted to include them in to show everyone that it is ok to have fun and enjoy what you are doing. Enjoyment is one of those things that you have to have or you will go mad. Chris and I are best friends and we like to have fun when we get the opportunity to work together. Its not everyday you get to detail a Phantom so we took the time to enjoy ourselves.

Enjoy the shots...

Looks amazing. Great finish. Small cars like that only take a few minutes to detail!!!

Is that the umbrella in the door?

a story behind the umbrella's...the owner got the car used and the umbrella were not with the car. He drove over to the RR dealership and told him he needed to buy two umbrellas for his 04 Phantom, they told him that each umbrella was 1K..LOL..so he spent 2K and some change for tax for the new umbrella. I told him make sure you keep those if you ever sell the car! He said he was already one step ahead of me on that one! LOL

btw ppl i always was wondering - how you are allowed to wash cars just near/on the road? wheres the Green ppl???? is it safe? normal thing to do in da US? no harm ment to the nature?
and the other question : is the Concorso better in the glaze/wet look than the Signature? or its just different? how different then?
and yeah - the house behind a car is silly looking as all the houses in da area (as seen in pics)
