| What Effects do the products give?
I have a big interest in changing the colour shade of a finish from 2 to 6 shades brighter or darker and also enhancing metallic flake effect
As you would know rich, there are many factors that provide the ultimate shine
Wetness, depth, clarity, colour shade enhancement and metal flake pop to name some
What product would I use to make the colour shade of a red car brighter or darker?
What product should I use to make the metal flake pop right out
At the moment I'm using Menzerna 85RD to abrasively finish, Prima Amigo to make dark paints darker by 2 to 3 shades, Blackfire GEP to provide wetness and the glare products to provide metal flake pop and ultimate clarity and flatten the orange peel down.
I'm trying to achieve totally unique custom finishes, not just making a car shiny by removing the defects. so that what effect the owner wants the most, I can provide
I love to make red's of all shades like real dark blood red and oranges to a bright red. and making black paints like a deep pool of black water with glass over it and I want to find a way to make metal flake of any level, really come to the surface and stand out.
Would gloss finish and concorse finish, which are effectively glazes achieve different effects than each other.
If not then perhaps the future of the GI range are products that provide one or more unique effects so anyone can choose what they want. whether it be insane wetness, depth, shade changes, flake standing up, clear coat water like clarity or whatever
If this comes across as overkill then I apologise. I'm extremely dedicated, this is my passion and what I do day in day out on cars worth from 40K to 500K + and for 250 to $2,000 per car
so it has to be the very best.
I want to achieve never before seen finishes and develop my talent to the absolute limit, not just buff to a swirl free finish  |
