The Cyclo and I have met our match! Day #1

Started my buddies 2008 Ford F-250 Harley Edition today.... damn what a PITA! It wouldn't be so bad if he didn't drive it around in their damn woods at their hunting lodge!! Holy Nasty Scratches Batman! It didn't look TOO bad until the lights came on. I gotta say though.... his garage is to die for!! He had his brothers and some other workers at the Lodge enclose their barn, pour a slab, and BAM, 1 cool ass garage. His 427 Cobra is at the paint shop right now so it's vacent for a few months. Perfect place to work in. I'm doing his Escalade ESV and H2 after this and hopefully his GTO too. I hope he lets me do a little work on his Cobra too!

Anyway.... I didn't get as far as I wanted today. I washed it with Dawn to strip all the old wax, it took me about 20-30 mins/wheel to clean, washed the lift and shocks, wash the truck 2x b/c it was just repulsive, and dried it of course. What a job THAT was. Then Clayed it with Gloss-It's Green and their QD. I wanted to get the whole thing Extreme Cutted but only got 1 side done and the tailgate. The truck was so bad I had to do 2 coats of Extreme Cut. But she's looking good now. Dave was shocked at how smooth the damn thing was. Anyway...... onto the pics from day #1.....

After 2 coats of Extreme Cut.....

Me playing in my Jeep on the way home!!

Here are a few pics from today. Got the rest Extreme Cut, Evolution Cut is done, driver side is polished. Dave talked me into waxing the Driver's doors because he wanted to see how it would look and of course, I caved. Here are a few pics.

My next project on the right!! Not looking forward to cleaning these wheels! YUCK!

Then my next project after THAT!

Sure was a beautiful day down here in Florida!!

Here's a few ALMOST done pics... Still have to dress the tires and do a little clean up but the paint work is FINALLY DONE! Sun pictures coming tomorrow. This is finished with Gloss-It Concorso Wax! This stuff is the BOMB!!

Here's a picture of the doors done in Concorso and the Bed done is the Gloss Finish.
Notice how much darker the door is vs. the bed? Hopefully you can see it in the picture b/c it was plain as day in person.
